A properly functioning foundation is the main goal of core strengthening. The entire shoulder complex is made up of the arm, the shoulder blade and the collarbone. It is only rigidly attached to the body (at the sternum)at the end of the collarbone on the top of the chest. The shoulder blade is attached to the upper back and neck through muscles that are flexible and vary in strength and endurance.
There is a high chance that you will be exhausted from the intensive compound exercises that you might have done during your workout. As a result, you will be too fatigued to train your abs and might not train them in the end, or you will just work them half-heartedly. A way to counter this problem would be to allocate another day just for abs training and interval training day.
